I’m an RN passionate about the place where movement and medicine meet. I use my background in community health education and love for dance to help you build a stronger body and happier, more balanced mind. My classes are an inspiring and energizing mix of dance, beats, melody, mobility, nourishment, physical/emotional alignment and community.
I offer monthly dance fitness classes on the last Saturday of every month, and customized group workshops. My philosophy is to focus on the health of the whole person. Dance workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of a variety of populations such as obesity management, mental health, perinatal and rehab.
